As writer and researcher I was part of the advisory board of the exhibition Making Africa – A Continent of Contemporary Design by Vitra Design Museum and contributed to the publication with research and essay to contemporary fashion designers from West Africa.Vitra Design Museum showcased the work of over 120 artists and designers from the continent in the exhibition »Making Africa – A Continent of Contemporary Design« . The exhibition focuses on a generation of entrepreneurs, thinkers, and designers from and within Africa who address a global audience and provide the world with a new vantage point on their continent.
